My Story

For years, I struggled with symptoms that didn’t make sense.

Chronic fatigue, anxiety, and other symptoms that seemed to come and go without any clear cause.

Like many people, I tried everything I could find — doctors, treatments, diets, supplements, and different approaches that all promised answers.

Some things helped temporarily. Most didn’t.

Over time, it became frustrating, confusing, and very discouraging.

But eventually, I came across a different way of understanding what was happening in the body.

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, I began to see what was actually driving them.

When I started applying this approach consistently, things began to change.

For the first time, I felt like I wasn’t just managing symptoms…

I was addressing the root cause.

 

This became the foundation for what I now call 

The Safety Signal Method.
