Digital Products - Ebook
Due to the nature of digital products, Â all ebook sales are final.
Once the ebook has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Coaching Services
Coaching is billed on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your coaching at any time before your next billing cycle. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable for that billing period.
If you need to reschedule a session, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Exceptions
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion. If you have a concern, please reach out and we will do our best to address it.
